Deal Tracker (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is an independent iOS app for timeshare sales representatives to scan, log, and track their own deals and commissions. This policy explains what the app stores, who processes it, and how you can control it.
Deal Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any resort or timeshare company. Reps use it for their own personal records.
Deal Tracker is used by sales representatives (“you”). When you photograph or enter a sales form, you are entering information about your customers. We store that information on your behalf. You are responsible for handling your customers’ information in line with your own legal and employer obligations.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, location data, or your device contacts.
We use your information only to provide the app: reading deal data from your photos and showing you your deals, commissions, and related totals. Each account can access only its own data.
We never sell your data or your customers’ data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
Your data is stored with Supabase on servers located in the United States. If you use the app from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and stored there.
The app relies on these providers to work. Each receives only what it needs for its role.
The customer information in your deal records belongs to your customers and is entered by you. We store it on your behalf so you can keep your own records. You are responsible for making sure you may record it and for handling it consistently with your legal and employer obligations. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual deals in the app, which removes the record and its image.
To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, deal records, and scanned images are removed.
To request an export of your data, or for any other data question, email help@repdealtracker.app.
Data travels over encrypted connections. Records are protected by access controls so each account can only reach its own data, and form images live in private storage that is only reachable through signed links. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The app is for professional use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent revision.
