These terms are the agreement between you and Deal Tracker (“the app,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Deal Tracker is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any resort or timeshare company. Reps use it for their own personal records.

1. What Deal Tracker is

Deal Tracker is a tool for timeshare sales representatives to scan, log, and track their own deals and commissions. Your records in the app are for your own reference. They are not official records of any employer, and they do not replace your employer’s own systems.

Deal details are read from your scans automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking the figures against the original form.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details private, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• record only your own deals, not deals belonging to anyone else;
• only scan customer information that you have the right to record, and handle it in line with your own legal and employer obligations;
• not use the app for anything unlawful;
• not try to access another user’s data, interfere with the service, or copy or reverse engineer the app.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Your first 5 scans are free. After that, scanning requires a subscription of $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year, plus any applicable tax.

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and charged to your Apple ID.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• If we change prices, the new price applies only to future renewals, and Apple will tell you before it takes effect.

5. Your data

Your deal records and scanned images are yours. We store them on your behalf and use them only to run the app. You can delete individual deals in the app, or delete your whole account under Settings → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and which service providers process it.

6. The service is provided as-is

We work hard to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that extracted figures will always be correct. We may change, pause, or remove features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost commissions or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or abuse the service. When an account is closed, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent revision. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
