Deal Tracker (“the app,” “we”) is an independent tool for sales representatives to scan, log, and track their deals and commissions. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is handled. Deal Tracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by any resort company.
Deal Tracker is used by sales representatives (“you”). In using it, you input information about your customers and deals by photographing sales proposal forms. You are responsible for handling your customers’ information in accordance with your employer’s policies and applicable law.
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, or your device contacts.
Solely to provide the app’s functionality: reading deal data from your photos, and showing you your deals, commissions, and related metrics. Each account can access only its own data.

We do not sell your data or your customers’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual deals in the app, which removes the stored record and its associated image. To delete your account and all associated data, email help@repdealtracker.app.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that each account can access only its own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The app is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
